FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   Where can I get more information about the dtrt company?
A:   If you select the <<Info>> button, then click on the <<About us>> link you will find information about us. If you need more, send us an email specifying what you want to know.


Q:   Why can't I find your telephone number?
A:   Our telephone number is not disclosed, because we do not want any calls asking for technical assistance. We do not offer any phone support service, but we do handle support requests sent us by email. Therefore, send us an email stating your question, please.


Q:   I want to buy a product, but I do not want to pay online by credit card. What options do I have?
A:   You can send us a fax with your credit card number. Alternatively you can pay by money transfer to our bank account. Both methods can be selected in course of the purchase process. For more details, click on the appropriate link on the payment page.


Q:   Why do I get two licenses mailed to me for the same product?
A:   This is because everybody can download the test/evaluation version which contains a test/evaluation license. When you start the purchase process, you must enter your name and address and select a payment method. At this point we grant you a temporary license. After receiving your payment in full, we send you your personal license. Both the temporary and personal license allow full functionality and distributing.


Q:   Is my license that I bought for the .NET framework version 1.0 also valid for the 1.1 version?
A:   Yes, you can use your license for all framework versions your product runs under.


Q:   I want to report a bug, how can I do that?
A:   Our Bug-Reporting-Process is not yet online. In the meantime, send a mail to our support describing the bug and containing as much detail as possible. Click the <<Report a Bug>> link on the <<Support>> main page where there is a list of what we would like to see in this report.
