Report a Bug

Before submitting a problem report, please check the support pages to see if your problem has already been dealt with or discussed. A question about installation or configuration is not a bug; most runtime errors are not either. In these cases please look at the FAQ or contact our support department asking for support instead.

Send an email containing the following information to our support department. Please be patient, several days may pass until you get a reply. Please be sure to include the following information in your report:

Personal information Name, email address, customer ID or license number
Bug Class Runtime, Designtime, Documentation and Help, Samples, Change-Request
Product and Environment Product and product version, environment where bug occurs (OS, .NET Framework, development environment
Description Describe the bug and give as much detail as possible
Attachments (optional) Screenshots, logs, code, etc.
Can we repeat this problem? This is very important for us! Can you repeat it and how can we?
Suggestions (optional) Do you have any suggested way to fix it?
