Refund Policy
dtrt provides the right for a shopper to dispute a transaction if the software
could not be downloaded or otherwise received or if the card was used
fraudulently. We refund payment for purchases if a customer has sufficient
reason.
Evaluate before you buy:
Every customer can evaluate and test a fully functional version of dtrt
products before purchasing a license. Please use this possibility to see if the
product or products suit your need. You can return to our website anytime and
purchase a license if you are sure that the product meets your expectations.
This saves you and us a lot of trouble and time.
Refund Terms:

Your refund claim has to be submitted to us within 7 days
after purchase.

Your refund claim must be sent by regular mail or emailed to our sales
department (address see Support Contact
page).

Your refund claim must contain the order number displayed on the receipt/order
acknowledgement page and also sent to you by email.

Your refund claim must contain the name of the product and the reason you
want your money back.

If the product was successfully downloaded: your refund claim must contain a
binding declaration that you have not distributed the product in any way to any
parties and that you have deleted the original download and all
copies of the license file or files and product or products on your
electronic equipment and installation.

Your refund claim must be digitally signed.
We reserve the right to raise a handling fee of 15 Euro or 10% of the amount to
refund (whichever sum is greater).
