Customizing the Navigation Bar |
You can customize the way your navigation bar behaves. You do this by changing the settings in the context menu. Click on the Settings menu item to display the Settings submenu.
There are 3 menu items:
1. The Change Increment menu item allows you to define an absolute increment number which will be used for the rest of the session. Clicking on the menu item will open a small window. Enter the increment you wish to use and click on OK. The changes are made at once and you can use the new increment from now on. Also see Increment on the Buttons page.
2. The Cycle Records menu item allows you to define if you want to cycle back to the first record when you reached the last one. Clicking on the menu item activates or deactivates the feature. If record cycling is active, the menu item is checked with a small check on the left. Also see record cycling on the Buttons page.
3. The Play Sounds menu item contains a submenu in which you define when sounds shall be played when you use the navigation bar. Clicking on the Play Sounds menu item opens the submenu. Click on the desired menu items of this submenu to activate the sounds or on None if you want to turn of sounds.
The settings are only valid for the current session so that on the next start of the application the original settings are active again.
Note that the context menu may not be available to you because your application does not support them.
